Our charming newly converted cottage is available as a holiday gite sleeping 2/4. 

Our main cottage Le Pigeonnier is available as a family holiday gite sleeping up to 8 people. 

Both cottages are completely seperate and situated around a courtyard with the English owners house who are always on hand if you need any help or advice.  Each cottage has its own outside dining area with brick barbeque.  Each cottage has its own above ground swimming pool for added child safety.  There are also sun loungers to help you relax and unwind.  There is plenty of lawn area to sit in or for ball games; Cricket, Badminton.  For the more energetic we have a selection of bicycles for you to use free of charge. Floodlit Table Tennis, Table Top Football and Boules Court. For the younger children we have a large brick playhouse.  Both cottages are available as holiday gite, B&B and for long winter lets, making them an ideal base for people seeking properties here in France. 

 is our small hamlet situated mid-way between the N10 Couhe & Civray surrounded by open countryside.  In summer the fields are full of sunflowers and sweetcorn a truly wonderful sight.  The area is very flat and ideal for walking and cycling. Just five minutes drive away is the River Charentes with Canoe & Kayaks to hire. 

Our local picturesque villiage Blanzay is within easy walking distance or bicycle ride.  It offers all local amenities; Post Office, Boulangerie (bread shop), Grocery shop, Bar/Restaurant, Telephone and a Traditional Norman Church. There is also a Tennis Court to hire for the more energetic.

Just a five minute drive away is the picturesque market town of Civray with its twice weekly market.  There is an open air swimming pool, various supermarkets, bars & plenty of authentic French restaurants to taste the fine French Cuisine!

Just under an hours drive away is Poitiers with its attractive individual shops, narrow alleyways and cobbled streets.  It is one of France's most outstanding centres of Romanesque architecture, boasting an extraordinary heritage.

Approx. an hour away is the wonderful 3D cinema & evening laser show.  Futurescope constitutes a futuristic universe, like a backdrop to a science fiction novel. 

An hours drive away is the beautiful town of Cognac with many shops and cafes and of course the famous distilleries of Remy Martin & Martell.

The Atlantic coastal resort of La Rochelle is approx. an hour & a half away with it's Old Harbour and boat trips it is the perfect day out.  With sandy beaches and popular Aquarium the source of La Rochelle's splendour has always been the sea.

Ten minutes away is the highly recommended Monkey Valley  offering you a fantastic encounter with more than 25 species of primates from the 4 corners of the world. All are free to roam with no cages or barriers to be seen, set in a natural wooded islet.
